Dried anaerobic brewing with coffee husks During the fermentation phase, dried cantaloupe fruit was added, then the coffee beans were peeled and placed to dry on raised pans to reach the ideal humidity level in order to create a cup that bursts with flavors with a touch of cantaloupe and local candy flavor.

This small batch is 100% Castillo, this variety developed by the National Federation of Cafetero, is more productive than Catura and rust-resistant coffee leaves.
