Privacy policy

spresso.ae is operated by Espresso Xpression General Trading LLC, Ar Ramlah Street, opposite Al Wahda Bus Station, Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from spresso.ae, why we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

  • Order and account details: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, and what you buy.
  • Messages: what you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
  • Reviews: if you leave a product review, your name and review are shown on the site.
  • Device and browsing information: your IP address, browser, device type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

We do not see or store your full card details. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by our payment provider, and pay-in-4 payments by Tabby or Tamara.

2. Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
  • To reply to your questions.
  • To send you back-in-stock alerts you ask for and, if you agree, offers by email or WhatsApp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure and show our ads (only with your consent where required).
  • To prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations in the UAE.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, which runs our online store.
  • Payment providers (card payments, Tabby, Tamara).
  • Delivery companies, who need your name, phone and address.
  • Apps we use on the site: product reviews (Judge.me), back-in-stock alerts, and the WhatsApp chat button.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through cookies.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers store data outside the UAE.

4. Cookies

Some cookies are needed for the site to work (your cart and checkout). Others help us understand visits and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The cart and checkout need the essential cookies to work. More detail: Cookie Policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Email customer@spresso.ae and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
