All prices are in AED (VAT included unless stated).
Payments are processed securely by certified payment providers.
We deliver across the UAE and to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns: accessories and equipment within 7 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging); coffee within 1 day of delivery, only if unopened. Consumables and used machines are excluded. See our Refund & Returns page.
Products may carry a manufacturer warranty.
All website content is protected intellectual property.
We are not liable for indirect damages; our liability is limited to the value of the product.
UAE law applies, and the Abu Dhabi courts have jurisdiction.
