Warranty Policy
Spresso is an authorized retailer of specialty brewing equipment and home/commercial espresso machines.
1. Scope of Coverage
All brand-new electric espresso machines, coffee grinders, and smart scales come with a minimum 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering internal hardware, motor assembly, heating elements, and factory assembly defects.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Wear and tear parts (silicone group gaskets, portafilter baskets, shower screens).
- Limescale build-up and scale-related blockages due to poor water filtration or negligence in regular descaling.
- Physical drops, impact damage, cosmetic scratches, or liquid spillage onto non-waterproof electrical circuits.
- Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use with incorrect voltage supply.
3. How to Claim Warranty
To register a warranty service claim, email info@spresso.ae with your order number, serial number, and a short video detailing the fault. You may also bring your machine directly to our service center in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi.
