At Spresso, we strive to deliver your specialty coffee roasts, brewing gadgets, and espresso machines promptly and securely across the United Arab Emirates.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed Sunday through Thursday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking number.
2. Delivery Timelines & Rates (UAE)
- Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 24 to 48 hours.
- Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah: 2 to 3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary domestic standard delivery on all orders over 200 AED.
- Standard Delivery Fee: Orders under 200 AED are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
3. In-Store Pickup
Customers located in Abu Dhabi can choose our complimentary In-Store Pickup option at our Al Nahyan showroom during regular working hours.
4. Machine & Heavy Equipment Delivery
Commercial and prosumer espresso machines require special handling and insured dispatch. Our technical logistics team will contact you prior to delivery to confirm schedule and placement arrangements.
