Specialty coffee beans carefully roasted inside the C&B roastery.

San Ignacio coffee is grown in the famous Los Santos region of Costa Rica , at an altitude of between 1300 and 1400 meters above sea level , and descends from the Catuy strain known for its quality and balance of flavors.

 

This crop was processed using the sun-drying method , where the coffee beans were placed on raised beds in the sun , with the drying process monitored four times daily to ensure even sun exposure and maintain optimal moisture levels. This meticulous care gives the crop a unique character and rich, naturally aromatic flavors after sun-drying.

San Ignacio coffee is characterized by a full body and balanced hints of cherry, caramel, hazelnut and cocoa , offering a complete experience for lovers of coffee with a fruity character and natural sweetness.
