This Ethiopian dry-processed coffee is grown in the Yirgacheffe district of Kosher, in the village of Sheleshele. It grows at an altitude of 1800 meters and is of the Ethiopian Harlum variety.
This coffee is characterized by a smooth texture and hints of cherry and peach, with a balanced acidity and jasmine aroma. We roasted it for you at a medium temperature to suit filter and espresso.
