This Colombian coffee, produced using a long fermentation process, is grown in the Tolima district of Fresno. It is cultivated at an altitude of 1400 meters on the Don Elias plantation and is of the Caturra variety.
This coffee is characterized by a full body and hints of blackberry, black grape, pear, and raisin sweetness. We roasted it to a medium temperature to suit filter and espresso
