This crop comes from the Kabukai region, full of waterfalls and waterways, from a unique natural environment. This coffee crop has been naturally dried using anaerobic drying technology for no more than 72 hours to give you a perfect balance between a smooth, creamy texture and a gentle fruity sweetness.

A creamy, rich crop with a mild acidity and high sweetness, similar to dried fruit and honey.
