- 20 grams of coffee
- 300 ml of water at a temperature of 90-92 degrees Celsius
Preparation steps:
- Put 20 grams of ground coffee into the coffee filter.
- Boil the water until it reaches a temperature of 90-92 degrees Celsius.
- Pour 60 ml of water evenly over the coffee for 30 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds, then pour another 60 ml of water evenly for 30-50 seconds.

Next, pour 120 ml of water evenly for 50 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Finally, pour the remaining 60 ml of water evenly over a period of 1:30 to 2:10 minutes.
