    These beans undergo a natural drying process, where they are carefully sun-dried, allowing the natural sugars within the bean to condense, resulting in the sweet, complex flavors that characterize this crop.

    Steps :

    Moisten the entire coffee to 40 ml and wait 40 seconds.
    Pour up to 100ml over the entire coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Pour up to 70ml over the entire coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Finally, pour 70ml over the entire coffee.
