OUR STORY
Middle eastern coffee story documentation begins in 11th century, taking a pride in our history, our journey begins in 2015 from in-house roasting and trading specialty coffee beans, to trading high-end Coffee Machines, Tools, Equipments and Gadgets to local and GCC market. We supply Coffee Machines, Grinders, Tools and Equipments and Coffee Roasting machines of different brands to our customers in retail and wholesale industry fulfilling their requirement from the installation to training our customers and baristas in the market based on the standards set by SCA speciality coffee association raising awareness of the coffee standards as per the requirement of the industry. Integrity and customer loyalty focusing on total quality management by the Owner results in constantly increasing the rapid demand of supplies in a meanwhile short period of time, leading him to form a brand Spresso Xpression with registered copyrighted trademark. The establishment is registered and licensed under the legal name Spresso Xpression General Trading from the Department of Economic Development and Abu Dhabi business center.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
To provide as hassle free coffee solution we also provide after sales and maintenance services for the coffee machines and tools. Our highly skilled professional team is one call away from our valuable clients. Our team consists of 2 engineers and 4 assistant technicians. Patrolling Team: for the first time in UAE, we have introduced service patrolling van, containing complete range of repairing tools and accessories to fix the coffee machines, gadgets and grinders with highest quality of service at the customer premises. AMCs: with in-house maintenance centre, our commercial customers avail scheduled maintenance service for their machines and tools, ensuring uninterrupted café operations.
DESIGN STUDIO AND AESTHETICS
We have in house state of the art customization studio. From hand painting to wooden customization to laser engraving, or as per any way you want it, we have it. More than 200 domestic and 100 commercial machines of La Marzocco, Slayer and Orchestrale along with many renowned brands have been customized in our studio until now.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL DEPARTMENT
Our service maintenance teams constitute of expert technicians who are always available for handling queries on ad-hoc basis for any breakdown in cafe or domestic machine for home, due to this reason we have equipped fleet of service vans running across the country which are able to act as remote service station for repairing coffee machines along with in house fully equipped service department. We ensure responding to the customer request on immediate basis ensuring the solve the maintenance issues on immediate basis. We ensure to maintain the brand goodwill we are dealing in to the best of our zeal and efficiency, this helps us constantly increasing market share and constantly increasing potential customers at regular basis.
SPARE PARTS SUPPLIES DEPARTMENT
We always keep wider range of spare parts stock for the machines and gadgets we offer to our clients. We always keeps on striving for providing the best ever possible after sales support service minimizing the lead time to 1-3 days for the repair of machine of any type. This is the reason we bulk our stores for the support spare parts.
BARISTA TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
We not only strive on supplying coffee machines, grinders and accessories to our clients but we also provide them full barista training and monitor the quality of the drinks served by our clients to their customers on regular basis. We have in-house facility department of barista training where we train baristas on the most renowned branded machines of different kinds. We keep on focusing on total quality management for not only our operational facility but the training and development of our clients’ baristas on regular basis.
