    Vermelha coffee comes from the heart of Brazil's farms, where it grows at an altitude of between 900 and 1,100 meters above sea level in rich soil and an ideal climate for balanced cherry ripening.

    Grown from the red katurai variety, it is processed by natural drying, which highlights its unique flavour characteristics.

    This coffee is characterized by its full body and rich flavors that combine refreshing grapefruit, roasted hazelnut, and a touch of brown sugar, offering a balanced and elegant experience that expresses the warm spirit of Vermelha.

    Steps :

    Moisten the entire coffee to 35 ml and wait 40 seconds.
    Pour up to 80ml over the entire coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Pour up to 90ml over the entire coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Finally, pour 75ml over the entire coffee.
