    Sidamo Farm derives its unique status from its prime location in the Dorto Mountains, where coffee cherries are meticulously harvested at an altitude of between 1,900 and 2,300 meters above sea level. Traditional Ethiopian coffee varieties such as 74158 and 74110 are grown and processed using natural drying methods at local processing plants.

    This coffee boasts a full body that imparts a rich, harmonious sensation to every sip. It combines aromatic floral notes and black lemon with a balanced sweetness, offering a unique and distinctive experience that reflects the authenticity of the region where it grows.

    Usage instructions :

    Store at 15-25°C.
    Reseal bag tightly with each use.
    Suitable for drip coffee and espresso drinks.



    Suggested distillation recipe :

    Coffee quantity: 19 grams
    Grind: Medium fine
    Water temperature: 90°C
    Water quantity: 280 ml
    Preparation time: 2:00 minutes


    Steps :

    Moisten the entire coffee to 40 ml and wait 40 seconds.
    Pour up to 80ml over the entire coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Pour up to 110ml of coffee and wait 15 seconds.
    Finally, pour 70ml over the entire coffee.
