How to use this coffee machine:
Secure the portafilter into the brew group. Place the cup under the spout of the portafilter. Press the button for the desired function from the four programmed options available to start the brewing process. The brewing time should be around 23 to 25 seconds. The volume for a single espresso is approx. 25 to 30mL. Turn the steam knob to release steam and submerge into a pitcher filled with milk. Turn the knob off and immediately purge to clean the steam wand. Pour your steamed milk or foam into your coffee cup.
Care and Use:
Always switch off the machine, disconnect the power, and let the machine cool down before cleaning. Porta-filter, filters, water tank, drip tray, drip plate require daily cleaning. Clean with warm water and/or with a food safe detergent. Clean the steam and hot water valve after every use. Depending on usage, please refresh the boiler water every 2-3 weeks. Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Never use abrasive or chloric detergents.
