Description
- The brand new group lock-in mechanism allows a barista to gently insert the portafilter straight in, no twisting or contorting required. Lifting the portafilter handle engages the locking mechanism, and the group automatically seals when the pump is engaged
- Two groups and two stainless steel steam wands
- Steam Boiler Capacity is 11L and coffee boiler capacity is 1.3L each
- Auto steam flush releases a burst of steam purges the brew path and is followed by a flush of hot water, keeping the group clean
- Separate boilers optimize espresso brewing and steam production
- Precision scales incorporated into the drip tray improve beverage consistency by stopping the extraction based on mass
- Dual PID (coffee and steam) Allows you to electronically control coffee and steam boiler temperature
- Brew water is pre-heated before entering the boiler for increased temperature stability
- Digital Display Intuitive programming makes it easy to adjust machine parameters
